2. Scope and eligibility
These terms apply to browsing, accounts and purchases through this site. You must be able to enter a binding contract to purchase, or have a parent or guardian make the purchase where permitted. Do not use the service where access or the transaction is prohibited by applicable rules.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account and billing information. Keep your password private and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. Orders and download access are associated with the purchasing account. We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address security or misuse, while preserving applicable rights.
4. Product descriptions
We sell original, single-player HTML game downloads. Each product page states the game mechanics and technical setup. Artwork illustrates the game’s theme; the playable preview demonstrates actual mechanics. These are browser games, not console games, third-party accounts or branded activation keys. Session progress resets on reload unless a listing expressly says otherwise.
5. Licence and intellectual property
A fully paid eligible purchase grants a non-exclusive personal-use licence to the supplied game edition. You may retain a backup for your own use. Do not resell, redistribute, publish the source as your own, or use our artwork commercially without written permission. Rights required by applicable law are unaffected. Third-party browser names, where mentioned, identify compatibility only.
6. Prices, currency and charges
Prices are in US dollars. Review the full checkout total before submitting. No physical shipping fee applies to digital games. Any tax or charge collected by the store is displayed at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction charges. We may change future catalogue prices without altering an accepted paid order.
7. Orders, acceptance and contract
An order submission records your purchase request. An automated order acknowledgement does not prove payment or unconditional acceptance. We accept an order when payment is confirmed and the described product is made available, subject to mandatory rules. We may resolve an obvious error by contacting you or cancelling and refunding any captured amount.
8. Payment and payment problems
Only the methods displayed at checkout are offered. Pending payment means the order is unpaid; no download is released. A successful provider confirmation is required before the order is treated as paid. Contact support about duplicate charges or a mismatch between your provider record and the order. Do not send payment credentials to us.
9. Digital delivery and fulfilment
There are no physical shipments. Eligible files are delivered through your account after confirmed payment. Download and extract the ZIP and open index.html in a compatible browser with JavaScript enabled. Keep your own backup. Account availability is subject to maintenance and these terms; we do not promise perpetual hosted storage.
10. Cancellation and withdrawal
Eligible unpaid orders may be cancelled from your account. For paid orders, contact support promptly and consult the cancellation and refund policies. A general agreement to these terms does not waive statutory cancellation, withdrawal or other mandatory rights. We do not charge recurring subscription fees for the listed editions.
11. Returns, refunds and remedies
No physical return is required. Under our voluntary policy, a refund may be requested within 14 days of confirmed payment before first download. Faulty, inaccessible or materially misdescribed files are assessed for a correction, assistance or refund. See the Returns & refunds policy. Applicable mandatory remedies remain available.
12. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site, upload harmful material, automate abusive requests, impersonate others or bypass download permissions. Do not use games or support forms for unlawful activity. We may take proportionate steps to protect users and the service.
13. Privacy, cookies and communications
The Privacy policy explains account, order, technical and support data. Essential cookies support login, security and the shopping bag. Transactional messages relate to your account or order; a support enquiry is not consent to marketing. You can contact us about privacy requests.
14. Availability, accuracy and warranties
We aim to keep descriptions accurate and the site usable, but temporary outages and errors can occur. Free previews help assess suitability. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, browser extension or future browser version. Nothing here excludes a quality guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Responsibility and events outside our control
We are responsible as required by applicable law. We are not responsible for a failure caused solely by your unsupported setup, misuse or events outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise. 16. Applicable law and disputes
Hong Kong law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law. This choice does not remove consumer protections or dispute rights that apply in your place of residence. Please contact support first so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. Courts and dispute procedures remain subject to applicable rules.
17. Updates, severability and further contact
We may update these terms for future use and purchases, showing a new effective date. The version applicable when your order was accepted governs that order unless a mandatory change applies.
