Digital products only
We sell original downloadable HTML games. No physical goods, printed cards, activation codes or parcels are shipped. There is no courier charge or parcel tracking number.
When delivery begins
Downloads become available through My account → Downloads after payment is successfully confirmed and the order is eligible for fulfilment. A pending order is not a payment confirmation and does not include download access.
Your download
Each game is supplied as a ZIP containing an HTML game, its JavaScript and instructions. Download links are associated with your account and order. Sign in using the account that placed the order. Product pages describe the supplied edition and browser requirements.
If a download is missing
Check your order status and your account Downloads area. If payment is confirmed but access is missing, or the file cannot be opened, contact us with the order number and device/browser details. We will investigate and provide access, a replacement file or an appropriate remedy. We do not promise a specific response time on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery notifications
Account access is the primary delivery channel. Email notifications depend on successful email delivery; check your spam folder, but do not rely solely on email to confirm payment or access.

Track your digital order by order number and billing email, or view it while signed in.
