Unpaid orders
You can cancel an eligible Pending payment order from My account → Orders. Cancelling an unpaid order does not require a refund because no payment has been confirmed. You may place a fresh order later.
Paid orders before delivery
If you paid but have not downloaded the game, contact us promptly. We review the payment and download status under our Returns & refunds policy.
After delivery
A digital download cannot be recalled like a physical parcel. Requests after download are reviewed under the refund policy, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed files. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
No subscriptions
Our listed games are one-time purchases. There are no automatic renewal charges or recurring subscriptions to cancel.
Orders we may cancel
We may decline or cancel an order if there is an obvious listing error, a failed payment, suspected unauthorised activity, or an inability to supply the described game. If funds were captured for an order we cannot supply, we arrange an appropriate refund.
Ask for help
Include your order number and billing email when contacting us. Cancellation is confirmed through the order status or a response from support.
