What your status means
- Pending payment: your order is saved, but payment has not been confirmed. No download is released.
- Processing / Completed: check My account → Downloads for eligible paid items.
- Cancelled / Failed: the order does not provide download access.
- Refunded: the refunded item no longer provides download access.
