Our digital-product policy
These are downloadable games, so no physical return is required. This policy describes our voluntary refund process and does not limit any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
Before the first download
You may request a refund within 14 days of confirmed payment if you have not downloaded the purchased game. Contact us with the order number and billing email. We review payment and download records when assessing requests.
Faulty, inaccessible or incorrectly supplied files
If the file is corrupted, the supplied game materially differs from its description, or it does not run on the stated supported setup, contact us with details. We will investigate and offer a corrected file, assistance or a refund where appropriate. Try the free preview before purchase to assess controls and browser suitability.
After downloading
Change-of-mind requests after download are assessed individually. A refusal under the voluntary policy does not override rights relating to defective or misdescribed products, or other rights that cannot be excluded.
How to request a refund
Use our support form or email MSHK_Group@outlook.com. Include your order number, billing email, reason and any relevant error message. Never send your password, full card details or other payment login information.
Refund processing
We confirm the decision by email after review. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where available. Processing and the time funds become visible depend on the payment provider. We do not promise an immediate credit or issue cash refunds for electronic payments.
Access after a refund
A refunded item loses its account download access. If the licence for that item is refunded in full, stop using and delete the downloaded copy. A pending order has no captured payment to refund and can instead be cancelled.
