Prices and currency
All catalogue prices and checkout totals are in USD. The total shown before order submission includes the items and any charges displayed at checkout. No physical shipping fee applies. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees under its own terms.
Order submission and payment status
Checkout records your selected payment method and creates an order. An order marked Pending payment has not been paid. Submitting an order or receiving an order number does not by itself confirm that money has been collected.
Payment handling
PayPal is the payment method shown at checkout. Payment is complete only after a payment provider confirms a successful transaction and the order is updated accordingly. We do not ask for card numbers, bank passwords or PayPal passwords in our support forms or by email.
Digital access
Download access is released only for an eligible paid order. Pending, failed and cancelled orders do not receive downloads. If a payment appears in your provider account but your order remains unpaid, contact us with the order number and payment reference. Do not submit a second payment until the discrepancy is checked.
